These terms govern your use of nextaud.io (the "website"), operated by Next Broadcast Media FZ LLC, trading as Next Audio ("Next Audio", "we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
The website
The website gives general information about Next Audio's podcast and digital audio advertising services. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any campaign we run for you is governed by a separate agreement, insertion order or the terms of our self-serve platform.
Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate, but we don't guarantee that all information is complete or current. In particular:
- Audience reach, inventory and availability figures are estimates and may change.
- Case study results reflect specific past campaigns and do not guarantee future results.
- Prices shown, such as "from $25/day", are indicative and may change. Final pricing is confirmed when you book.
- Podcast and show names, artwork and logos are shown to illustrate the types of content and networks available. Showing them does not mean those shows, networks or brands endorse Next Audio. Availability of any specific show depends on the market, campaign and buying route.
- The podcast listening demo plays a sample advert followed by a publicly available episode from the show's own feed. It is a demonstration, not a purchased placement.
Self-serve platform
Next Audio Self Serve at ads.nextaud.io is a separate platform with its own terms of use, which you accept when you create an account.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics and audio, are owned by Next Audio or our licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos and show artwork belong to their respective owners. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content in bulk.
Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites such as our blog, social media and podcast platforms. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Audio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
